1. Pat steak dry with a paper towel on all sides. Place steak in a large baking dish, plate or Ziploc bag.

Prepare steak

Patting steak dry with a paper towel.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together avocado oil, minced parsley, minced cilantro, mustard, vinegar, garlic and salt.

Make flank steak marinade
