1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and onion powder until combined.

Prepare the butter garlic sauce

3. Lay down the chicken, evenly spaced, on the prepared baking sheet. Leave space in between each piece of chicken to allow for even cooking and to allow the chicken skin to get crispy. Sprinkle mushrooms, turnip and broccoli in between the chicken and around the pan. Brush butter garlic sauce all over both sides of chicken and vegetables.

4. Bake the sheet pan chicken and vegetables at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
