– 1 cup almond flour– 1/2 cup chopped pecans– 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds– 1/2 cup sunflower seeds– 1/3 cup fresh raspberries– 1/3 cup sugar free white chocolate chips– 1/4 teaspoon salt– 1/3 cup sugar free vanilla syrup or maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. To a large bowl, add almond flour, chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raspberries, white chocolate chips and salt. Stir to combine.
3. Line a square or small rectangle baking dish with parchment paper. Pour granola mixture into the baking dish and press into an even layer using the back of a greased spatula (in order to prevent the granola bar mixture from sticking to the spatula).
4. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until the tops and edges start to turn golden brown. Let cool for 15-20 minutes until cutting the bars into squares or rectangles.
