1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. In a small bowl, combine ChocZero maple syrup, mustards and cayenne pepper.

3. Spread out green beans on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil and salt. Toss to coat the beans. Spread out again in an even layer to allow for uniform cooking. Roast for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.

4. Remove tray from oven and brush the maple mustard mixture all over the green beans. Return to the oven and roast for 10 to 12 minutes longer.
