1. Place popsicle sticks in water a few hours prior to give them some weight so they don’t float up to the top of your popsicle molds.

2. Break up chocolate into chunks by grinding up in a blender.

3. In a small saucepan, bring the nut milk, cream, Swerve and cocoa to a light boil. Immediately remove from the heat and pour the mixture over the crumbled chocolate in the blender.

4. Add vanilla and salt to the blender. Blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

5. Pour the mixture into 8 popsicle molds. If you don’t have a mold, you can use dixie cups (3 oz paper cups). Just insert the popsicle sticks about an hour after they have been in the freezer so they will stand up straight.

6. Freeze overnight or for 24 hours.
