1. Wash strawberries and let air dry completely or pat dry. The chocolate will adhere to the strawberries better if completely dried.

2. Add chocolate to a small glass bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate is melted. You can also melt your chocolate using a double boiler if you don't want to use a microwave.

3. If using sugar free white chocolate chips, stir in food coloring if using.

4. To dip the strawberries, hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate. Turn the strawberry until all sides are covered with chocolate. Place on a sheet of parchment or wax paper to hardened.
