1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Brush the cavities of the a madeleine pan with melted butter. Set aside

7. Immediately after baking, flip pan over onto a tea towel to release the madeleines. Let cool on the towel before transferring to a wire rack since a wire rack will create dints in your cookies. Either dust with powdered erythritol or dip in melted chocolate.
