– 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts – 1/2 cup chopped pecans – 1/2 cup sliced almonds – 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds – 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds – 2 tablespoons chia seeds – 2 tablespoons hemp hearts – 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener – 2 tablespoons brown sugar free sweetener – 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 egg whites

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2. To a large bowl, add macadamia nuts, chopped pecans, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and hemp hearts. Stir together with sweeteners and cocoa powder. Set aside.

3. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.

4. Add beaten egg whites to the nut and seed mixture and mix until combined.

5. Evenly spread granola mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.

6. Let cool completely at room temperature until the granola hardens. Break into bite sized pieces. Store in an air tight container.
